All our products, including custom Logos and Product Labels, are digital and personalized. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues, such as receiving the wrong file or the delivered design not matching your order, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery.
You are entitled to up to 3 revisions before delivery and 3 revisions after delivery. We will make these revisions with care and dedication to ensure that your Logo or Product Label fully meets your expectations.
